Signature Rum Cocktails
Aged Caribbean rum, fresh-pressed citrus and island spice — our flagship serves at their warmest, friendliest price.
Some restaurants treat happy hour as an afterthought. We treat it as one of the best things we do. Every afternoon from four until seven, the SeaRock terrace becomes the easiest luxury on Grand Cayman — sunset prices, a front-row harbour seat, and no need to dress for the occasion.
Our bartenders pour the signature rum cocktails the island is known for, the wine list opens at gentler numbers, and the kitchen sends out small plates made for slow conversation. It is the same craft we bring to dinner, simply caught in a more generous hour.
Whether you've stepped off a ship, finished a day's work in George Town, or are easing into a long evening, Happy Hour is where the day exhales. Stay for one. You will stay for the sunset.
