Our team then confirms personally, usually the same day. For the Chef's Table and the private room we will talk through guest numbers, dietary needs and allergies, the wine and rum you would like poured, and the moments that matter — a cake brought out at the right time, a quiet corner for a proposal, a toast set up before the mains.
Most experiences are best booked a few days ahead, and the Chef's Table and private room fill quickly through the winter cruise season, so the earlier you can tell us, the more we can do. Whatever the occasion, nothing about the evening is left to chance.
