Lunch Savor - the island, at noon

A curated set lunch at CI$26: two or three courses of Caymanian-rooted cooking, served in the cool of midday just two minutes from the cruise terminal. Quick enough for a working George Town hour or a ship's schedule - unhurried enough to feel like a proper meal.

A fine lunch, without the wait

Lunch on a cruise day shouldn't be a compromise. You have a few hours ashore, perhaps a meeting back at the office, perhaps a ship that does not wait. Lunch Savor was designed for exactly that - the full character of a SeaRock meal, set to the rhythm of a busy island afternoon.

For CI$26 our kitchen offers a tightly curated set menu: choose two courses or three, each drawn from the dishes that root SeaRock to the Cayman Islands. Conch, fresh reef fish, the slow comfort of island stews - plated with the same fine-dining hand we bring to dinner, served with the brisk warmth that gets you where you need to be.

It is, simply, the smartest lunch on the George Town waterfront: heritage flavour, honest value, and a harbour view that no office canteen will ever match.
